Brut 1er Cru is a pure, lively wine.
The assemblage relies on the brilliance of grapes from
«Premier Cru» vineyards, which in particular
emphasises the essential nature of the Chardonnay vine
variety. This wine, which is crystalline and floral,
is clear-cut, demanding and daring.
Quality : Brut.
Harmonious assemblage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and
Pinot Meunier chosen from the «Premiers Crus».
Colour : pale gold with shades of green.
Aroma : essentially floral (lime blossom, hawthorn)
with hints of dried fruits and citrus.
Palate : the attack is clear-cut and full-bodied, and
the raisin finish is wonderfully fresh.
